Golden Globes 2018 Best & Worst Moments

Last night was a NIGHT.

The stars came out for the 75th annual Golden Globe Awards, but don't expect to see a fashion report card from yours truly. That's not what this year was about.

Actresses stood in solidarity, wearing black to support the #MeToo and #TimesUp movement, but it wasn't just the attire that made the night.

Speeches came in powerful forms, from winners Nicole Kidman to Frances McDormand, and Laura Dern to Debra Messing.

The evening carried on, and we're here to look back at the best/worst moments of the night.

Oprah Winfrey Cecil B. Demille speech:

Nothing else to really say about this, except WATCH:

Seth Meyers' opening monologue:

From Harvey Weinstein, to Kevin Spacey, Meyers scored a knockout with his opening to the show:

Natalie Portman's mic drop moment:

When Natalie Portman and Ron Howard took the stage to present Best Director, we weren't prepared for Natalie's rage. And it was perfect.

Remember, Greta Gerwig (Ladybird), Dee Rees (Mudbound), Patty Jenkins (Wonder Woman)......

All snubbed.

Ready for the worst?

This is pretty simple, so here you go.

'Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri' cleaned up last night, taking home 4 trophies, including Best Drama, Best Actress (Frances McDormand) and Best Supporting Actor (Sam Rockwell). While yours truly recognizes that the performances were great, the movie?

Absolutely not.

The script is garbage, and the fact that films like 'Get Out', 'Dunkirk', and 'Call Me By Your Name' were shut out in order to give this movie accolades?

Let's end this with a proper GIF:

What did you guys think of the show?

Madonna Delivers Brutal Truth During Billboard Honor

I've previously spoken out about this, but need to say more.

Madonna was honored by Billboard as Woman of the Year at last nights event, and when she took the stage....

She delivered a speech that EVERYONE needs to hear!!

Speaking out on the ageism, sexism, and controversy surrounding her legendary career, the Queen of Pop held nothing back.

Including some tears.

If this speech ever needed to be delivered, it was now.

Thank you Madonna.

Read her entire speech below:

"I stand before you as a doormat. Oh, I mean, as a female entertainer," Madonna said. "Thank you for acknowledging my ability to continue my career for 34 years in the face of blatant sexism and misogyny and constant bullying and relentless abuse."

Recalling her life as a teenager when she first moved to New York:

"People were dying of AIDS everywhere. It wasn’t safe to be gay, it wasn’t cool to be associated with the gay community," Madonna recalled. "It was …

Anne Hathaway Delivers Powerful Speech At HRC National Dinner

My love for Anne Hathaway couldn't have grown any more......

At least that's what I thought before I watched her stunning, passionate, and powerful speech at the Human Rights Campaign's National dinner.
Hathaway was given the National Ally for Equality Award at the annual dinner (presented to her by her 'Ocean's 8' co-star Awkwafina), and delivered a stirring speech to those in attendance.
Her speech begins at 43:50
