Rob Kardashian May Not Have Violated 'Revenge Porn' Law

Well, this took a turn.

Earlier today, Rob Kardashian got everyone talking when he publicly BLASTED ex Blac Chyna all over Instagram (which led to his account being taken down).

One thing Rob did do though, was post naked photos of Chyna, which he promptly deleted, but IG still flagged his account. Many called upon the California law, named the 'revenge porn' law. The 2013 law states:

"A person who intentionally distributes the image of the intimate body part of another ... knowing they'll cause emotional distress" is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by up to 6 months in jail.

It appears Rob did that......until we discovered this:

Chyna herself LIKED all of the photos of herself on Rob's IG. This now puts into question the 'emotional distress' part.

And many sources are now saying it's unlikely she would even press charges against Rob.

Still, we're waiting to hear from her after all of this.....
