Ugh. What a career.
Oscar nominated actor and Pulitzer prize winner Sam Shepard has sadly died at the age of 73.
The legendary actor won the Pulitzer back in 1979 for his play 'Buried Child'. He would go on to write 44 plays, and was also nominated for his work in the 1983 film 'The Right Stuff'.
Sam had been battling ALS, and is said to have passed peacefully on Sunday in his Kentucky home. He was surrounded by his children and his sisters.
