Bill Cosby's Trial Starts TODAY: Embattled Comedian Faces Charge Of Aggravated Indecent Assault

UPDATED:

Bill has arrived for trial, with TV daughter Keshia Knight Pulliam by his side.

Here we go.

Today, Bill Cosby's trial will officially begin in Norristown, Pennsylvania. The comedian is facing 3 counts of aggravated indecent assault by Andrea Constand. The assault stems from an incident back in 2004.

Constand's accusations come from when Cosby invited Constand to his home. She alleges that he inappropriately touched her, after he gave her a pill to help her relax. Cosby's legal team claims he provided her with Benadryl, and the sexual encounter was consensual.

Over 60 women have come forward and accused Cosby of wrongdoing, however due to statute of limitations, only Constand's is moving forward in court.

Bill is not expected to take the stand in his own defense, and the trial is expected to last two weeks.

If found guilty, the 79 year old faces 10 years behind bars.
