Robin Thicke Temporarily Loses Custody Of Son Amid Battle With Ex-Wife Paula Patton
This custody battle just exploded.
According to new reports, Robin Thicke has just temporarily lost custody of his 6 year old son Julian, in the midst of a battle with ex-wife Paula Patton.
Both Robin and Paula were in court today, each attempting to get sole legal custody of their son, and the judge sided with Paula.
On top of this, the judge slapped Robin with a domestic violence restraining order, meaning he cannot go near Julian, Paula or her mother.
But here's the twist:
Robin's lawyer presented legal documents from the LA County Dept. of Children and Family Services stating that he's no longer under investigation....
But PAULA IS.
The documents state that the DCFS is investigating Patton for "emotional abuse".
This allegation from Robin is stemming from his belief that Paula is intentionally trying to alienate Julian from Robin. The DCFS was initially looking into Robin after the young boy told his mother and a teacher his father had hit him.
The domestic violence order stems from a recent visit Robin paid to Paula's house to see Julian, and when she refused, he began banging on the door, scaring Julian.
Stay tuned as this continues to unfold.
