Right about now, lawyers for Bill Cosby are FREAKING OUT.
A Pennsylvania judge ruled today, that the damaging testimony Bill Cosby gave in a deposition can be used in his upcoming sex assault trial.
Defense attorneys for Cosby had insisted that Cosby only gave the deposition (back in 2006) after they claim he was promised he wouldn't be charged in the Andrea Constand case.
Judge Steven O'Neill ruled today that there was NEVER a promise from prosecutors.
Cosby had previously stated in the deposition that he had given women alcohol and drugs before any sexual encounters. He went on to say however, that everything that happened was consensual, but many women have disagreed.
This will officially be moving forward under one final pretrial issue:
If prosecutors are allowed to call forward 13 other women to help support Costand's claim.
