Tom Morello On Fidel Castro: "Huge Hero Throughout The Third World"

Well, this is certain to ruffle some feathers.

Former Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello is sounding off on the death of Fidel Castro, and he's going to anger many with his praise of the former Cuban leader.

In a lengthy Instagram post, Tom said:

"With what morality can the US leaders talk of human rights in a country where there are millionaires and beggars, where blacks face discrimination and great masses of Chicanos, Puerto Ricans and Latin Americans are deprecated, exploited and humiliated?"-Fidel. While I don't agree with all that Fidel Castro did there is ample reason why he is vilified in the US and yet remains a huge hero throughout the Third World. By defying Yankee imperialism for 50 years, instituting the best healthcare, child immunization and literacy systems in the Western Hemisphere (surpassing the US and Canada), exporting doctors to countries in need all over the globe (the Bush administration turned down his offer to send medical teams to New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina), and being an unrepentant advocate of the poor and exploited it is no surprise that millions will mourn his passing. Audioslave was the first US rock band to ever play in Cuba and that experience will be one I will always treasure, especially the trip we took to a former country club of the wealthy that had been turned into a free college for gifted musicians. #vivalarevolucion #RIPFidel

Madonna Delivers Brutal Truth During Billboard Honor

UPDATED WITH FULL VIDEO:

I've previously spoken out about this, but need to say more.

Madonna was honored by Billboard as Woman of the Year at last nights event, and when she took the stage....

She delivered a speech that EVERYONE needs to hear!!

Speaking out on the ageism, sexism, and controversy surrounding her legendary career, the Queen of Pop held nothing back.

Including some tears.

If this speech ever needed to be delivered, it was now.

Thank you Madonna.

Read her entire speech below:

"I stand before you as a doormat. Oh, I mean, as a female entertainer," Madonna said. "Thank you for acknowledging my ability to continue my career for 34 years in the face of blatant sexism and misogyny and constant bullying and relentless abuse."

Recalling her life as a teenager when she first moved to New York:

"People were dying of AIDS everywhere. It wasn’t safe to be gay, it wasn’t cool to be associated with the gay community," Madonna recalled. "It was …

WHOA! Alanis Morissette Is Unrecognizable With New Haircut!!

She.......looks like a completely different person!!!

Alanis Morissette stepped out at a showing of 'Dear Evan Hansen' in New York City this past Wednesday night, and shocked those in attendance.

The long hair is officially gone, and the singer is now rocking a brand new, much sorter 'do.

What do we think?

WATCH: Britney Spears SLAYS Her Billboard Music Awards Medley!!

I haven't recovered.......so...bare with me.

Britney Spears took the stage at tonight's Billboard Music Awards with a career-spanning medley, and girl didn't just bring it.....

SHE DESTROYED THE STAGE!!!

Our favorite Louisiana girl brought the house down right out the gate, with a scorching performance that included 'Work Bitch', 'Womanizer' (THAT BREAKDOWN!!!),'I Love Rock N' Roll,  'Breathe On Me', 'Touch of my Hand', 'Slave 4 U' and of course, 'Toxic'.

What has to be mentioned is Brit's energy on stage. Her smile was back, she moved like the pro we all fell in love with, and it was FIRE from start to finish.

Check out the FULL performance below!!

And don't......oh DON'T.....ever forget this moment:

Ariana Grande Makes Her Flawless Return With 'No Tears Left To Cry'!!

Okay, so yours truly has been trying to figure out how to put this into words, and here we go.

After what has seemed like an eternity, pop princess Ariana Grande has returned to our lives with new music, and we couldn't be more grateful.

With all of the hype behind her new single 'No Tears Left To Cry', as well as the subsequent teasers, we were expecting a powerhouse ballad from the singer.

While we get stellar vocals (THAT PRE-CHORUS!!) the song is nothing like what I expected as the first track off of her upcoming 4th studio album (reportedly due out June 15th).

The bouncy, synthetic track flows effortlessly from Grande and it's giving us everything we didn't know we needed!

Check out the song and accompanying 'Inception' like video below:

Janelle Monae Comes Out

I absolutely love this woman.

While we all await for Janelle Monae to release her highly anticipated brand new album 'Dirty Computer', the singer/actress sat down with Rolling Stone magazine.

And gave us a very revealing interview.

While rumors have surrounded the 32 year old for months, she finally takes that step in confirming:

"Being a queer black woman in America,"

"someone who has been in relationships with both men and women - I consider myself to be a free-ass motherfucker." Janelle, who had previously identified as bisexual, now clarifies where she stands:

"but then later I read about pansexuality and was like, 'Oh, these are things that I identify with too.' I'm open to learning more about who I am."

While Janelle isn't open to discussing her dating life, it's rumored she's in a relationship with 'Thor: Ragnarok' actress Tessa Thompson, who appears in the music video of Janelle's single 'PYNK'.
