Bobbi Kristina's Cause Of Death Revealed On What Would Have Been Her 23rd Birthday

Ugh.

The shades of Whitney's death is making this even harder.

Bobbi Kristina Brown tragically died July 26th 2015, and now here we are nearly 8 months after, we're learning what caused it.

In a statement from the Fulton County Medical Examiner's office, Bobbi died from a combination of drowning related complications and drug intoxication.

“The autopsy alone could not reveal the underlying cause of death because of the long interval between Ms. Brown being found unresponsive in the bathtub and her eventual death,”

“The drugs involved included marijuana, alcohol (ethanol), benzoylecgonine (a cocaine-related substance), benzodiazepines (medications used for sedation or to treat anxiety), and morphine,”

“It could not be determined from toxicology tests whether the morphine resulted from heroin use.”

Bobbi Kristina was found face down in her Atlanta home bathtub in January of 2015.

At this time, the coroner's office is still classifying her death as undetermined, meaning they still haven't concluded if there was foul play.

Previous reports have stated that Nick Gordon was a suspect.

Of course, Bobbi's death came 3 years following the death of her mother, the iconic Whitney Houston, who was found unresponsive in her hotel bathtub.

Autopsy concluded Whitney had died of drowning and effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use.
