Madonna Delivers Brutal Truth During Billboard Honor

UPDATED WITH FULL VIDEO:

I've previously spoken out about this, but need to say more.

Madonna was honored by Billboard as Woman of the Year at last nights event, and when she took the stage....

She delivered a speech that EVERYONE needs to hear!!

Speaking out on the ageism, sexism, and controversy surrounding her legendary career, the Queen of Pop held nothing back.

Including some tears.

If this speech ever needed to be delivered, it was now.

Thank you Madonna.

Read her entire speech below:

"I stand before you as a doormat. Oh, I mean, as a female entertainer," Madonna said. "Thank you for acknowledging my ability to continue my career for 34 years in the face of blatant sexism and misogyny and constant bullying and relentless abuse."

Recalling her life as a teenager when she first moved to New York:

"People were dying of AIDS everywhere. It wasn’t safe to be gay, it wasn’t cool to be associated with the gay community," Madonna recalled. "It was …

Remembering Dolores O'Riordan

Such devastating news.

Today, news broke that Cranberries lead singer Dolores O'Riordan has tragically passed away at the age of 46.

A statement from her publicist only confirmed the singers death, with the cause still unknown. She was currently in London for a recording session.

The band released a statement via their Facebook page:

She leaves behind 3 children.

RIP Dolores.

WATCH: Britney Spears SLAYS Her Billboard Music Awards Medley!!

I haven't recovered.......so...bare with me.

Britney Spears took the stage at tonight's Billboard Music Awards with a career-spanning medley, and girl didn't just bring it.....

SHE DESTROYED THE STAGE!!!

Our favorite Louisiana girl brought the house down right out the gate, with a scorching performance that included 'Work Bitch', 'Womanizer' (THAT BREAKDOWN!!!),'I Love Rock N' Roll,  'Breathe On Me', 'Touch of my Hand', 'Slave 4 U' and of course, 'Toxic'.

What has to be mentioned is Brit's energy on stage. Her smile was back, she moved like the pro we all fell in love with, and it was FIRE from start to finish.

Check out the FULL performance below!!

And don't......oh DON'T.....ever forget this moment:
